Christopher Bell – No. 95 Rheem Toyota Camry Preview - Bristol Motor Speedway
Sep 16, 2020

No. 95 Rheem Toyota Camry News and Notes:

  • Bell at Bristol:  Christopher Bell made his first NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) start at Bristol Motor Speedway (BMS) earlier this season and earned a ninth-place finish.  Bell started towards the back of the field in 35th based on a random draw and skillfully maneuvered his way around the 0.533-mile oval to earn a top-10 finish.
  • Bell Bristol Stats: Bell has four NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) starts at BMS including one win a year ago in the spring race.  In addition to the victory, Bell has two top-five and two top-10 finishes in his four starts and has led 110 laps.  Bell also has three NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series (NGOTS) starts at BMS, earning one pole and two top-10 finishes.
  • Richmond Recap: Bell finished 15th under the lights at Richmond Raceway in his first NCS start at the 0.75-mile oval.  Bell started at the rear end of the field following an unapproved adjustment pre-race and drove his way up to 19th in the 80-lap opening stage.  The No. 95 lost a little ground in the final stage due to handling and Bell finished one lap down to the leaders in 15th.
  • RACE INFO: The Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 19, 2020. The race will be broadcast live on NBCSN, Sirius XM 90 and PRN Radio.

From the Cockpit:
Christopher Bell:
"Bristol has been a great track for me in the past and was a good race for us in the spring.  I'm excited to get back there for a second time and see what we can do Saturday night."
